Directors

Lorelle Warren and Clint Jennings have been involved in the NEIS Program almost from the beginning. They believe that the best way they can contribute to the development of their communities is by supporting successful businesses, employment and society building.

It is satisfying to see people who haven't been able to get work through ordinary channels, despite their best efforts, going onto developing successful enterprises. Many of these businesses that were established with the help of NEIS, have gone on to become employers themselves.

They strive to make the NEIS program the best experience for their clients, by utilising a rich and expansive resource base, personal skills, experience and providing a caring and supportive environment.

Together they have developed one of the best performing NEIS programs in Australia.

Clint Jennings:

Clint has presented staff and business development topics for more than 20 years. He has a strong background in both the private and public sectors.

Clint's forte is his extraordinary analytical skills, his perceptiveness and genuine compassion for each program participant and their situation. He is extremely well read and uses this to great advantage to deliver components of the training programs in an exciting and informative learning environment.

In addition to supporting the establishment of over 3,000 small businesses he has made presentations to or worked with numerous other organization. At nearly 52 years young he is struggling to grow old, but content to spend his twilight years with his wife and three children and his boat!

Lorelle Warren:

Lorelle is a qualified Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) having completed her degree at Deakin University in Geelong.

Lorelle has undertaken postgraduate study, which has gained her further accreditation in financial planning, accounting, law and education.

Her career started with a large accounting firm in Melbourne, which also resulted in a year in South Africa and continued with

various private practices back in Australia (in Victoria and New South Wales, including her own practice) for a further 15 years. During this time she specialised in consulting, tax compliance requirements and financial planning.

Her excellent communication and explanation skills ensure that clients are able to make sense of the financial area of business activity.

Humour, coupled with experience and knowledge provides a powerful tool for delivery of information in an otherwise difficult area.

Her ongoing mentoring work with clients post training has also proven to be an invaluable resource for program participants.

Lorelle has also spent time consulting to several local tourism bodies and charity groups.

Whilst much younger than her fellow director (9 years!) she is also trying to slow the aging process but with a husband and 2 children, is finding this difficult - especially as her husband has a boat as well!
